Who is Roar Solutions?
Roar Solutions opened its doors back in 2003. Since then we have handled hundreds of websites and thousands of domain names from clients right across North America. Our range and web services is wide and varied and we can handle the smallest website up to larger corporate sized solutions.

With the website templates you create can I customize it to my liking?
Yes you can within reason. Please remember that we are creating ready-to-go websites for you so we are working within the confines of that so typically we can add certain items, change colours etc as the agent wants. There will be extra fees involved to do this for each site that needs customization work done and that would be quoted to you up-front.

I love your solutions but can we host everything on our servers instead?
Unfortunately not. Our solutions contain proprietary software that we cannot allow to be hosted on other servers. Our service is a hosted service that we manage and take care of completely. Most people feel they can save a little extra money if they host their websites and more on their own servers. Little do they know that there are many issues with this and in the end we can guarantee you that you're not saving any money. There are various factors you'd have to look at.. co-location costs, hardware costs and maintenance, technical administrator to look after and maintain the servers, security concerns and more.

I'm very interested in your Tellem Email Marketing system, how does this work?
With our Tellem Email Marketing package what we do is work with you to create beautiful and professional html emailers that are completely branded for your organization. These emailers are then made available to only you, nobody else in the Tellem system has access to them but you and your people.

The other powerful feature of this is that we can automatically pull-in your personal information such as name, email, links to your website, right within the email templates. When the emailers are sent out they have everything pre-populated and ready to go, no fuss at all. All of this at a starting price of $10/month! Hands down, the best bang for buck when compared to any other form of advertising.

I would like my website to be optimized for search engine, do you handle this?
Yes we do. Normally most people will opt-in for just the basic template site but if you want to get your site noticed through Google, Yahoo or MSN, and get maximum exposure, we suggest to put your site into the hands of one of our SEO specialists!

Is there a contract of some sort that we would need to sign?
No. If you're ready to go with our solutions we'll discuss exactly what services you are looking for, there is a payment to get that going and once completed we simply offer these solutions to you. We don't hold you to any contracts, that's how confident we are in our products.

What If I already have a website and wish to move to your service?
Not a problem. We can handle moving you over to our system even if you have your own website with another provider. Please remember that you will need to be moved into a website template that we create BUT we'll handle all the technical items for them to make the process as easy as possible.

Don't you have FREE Websites?
Ummm unfortunately the answer to that is no. I know there are some providers out there who have 'Free' websites, that is no upfront fees. All we can say is that you get what you pay for. We have over 20 years combined experience with website design and we know that to be able to provide top-notch professional solutions and to be able to work with the client one on one, we need to have at least a small set-up fee. We believe our cost structure is by far one of the most cost-effective and reasonably priced solutions on the market today.
